All returned or exchanged items must stay completely unused, unassembled, unopened, and in original brand-new condition with all original packaging, protective wrapping, tags, accessories, and factory seals fully intact and unmodified. Customized products, final sale clearance items, and goods that have been used, assembled, plugged in, powered on, damaged, altered, disassembled, or repaired by customers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Specifically, data cables that have been plugged in or used for charging and data transfer, headphones that have been worn on ears or connected for audio playback, and power banks that have been powered on or used for device charging cannot be returned or exchanged for product safety, hygiene, and quality control purposes. To start a return or exchange request, submit an application through our official website portal including your valid order number and clear reason for your request. Once reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or shipped incorrectly by our warehouse team. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely repackaging all items to prevent damage during return transit, as any transit damage will disqualify your return request. After we receive and thoroughly inspect your returned items to confirm eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange within three to five business days. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method, with final processing times depending on individual bank provider procedures. Direct exchanges for different styles or sizes are not available; customers may return items for store credit and place a new order for preferred products.
